Our new industrial warehouse development will feature an impressive 52 tenancies spread across four buildings. To add an extra touch of convenience and community, we’re also planning for a future café on-site.

The project encompasses a substantial building area of 9,018m² and a site area of 14,530m², providing ample space for significant growth and opportunities. We are aiming for completion by December 2025, marking a new chapter for us and the Rochedale community.
