We’re excited to announce the start of construction on a 1,535m² industrial warehouse in Rocklea, featuring two tenancies:
• Lubewise Warehouse
• Pacific Petroleum

The project also includes a 245m² standalone truck stop. Both the warehouse and truck stop will be built while the existing fuel stations remain fully operational – ensuring minimal disruption and uninterrupted service.
