Our new industrial warehouse development will feature an impressive 52 tenancies spread across four buildings. To add an extra touch of convenience and community, we’re also planning for a future café on-site.

The project includes various structures, attributing to an aesthetic outcome, a three-story traditional concrete column, formwork, a suspended deck, blockwork buildings – and let’s not forget, the 182 tilt panels, which you know we are big fans of.

We are excited to announce our continued partnership with The Scholars Group for the design and construction of a brand-new childcare center in Karalee, further strengthening our long-standing relationship.

This project reflects our shared commitment to creating enriching environments for children, and we are honoured to once again collaborate with The Scholars Group on a facility that will become a vital part of the Karalee community.

The new center will accommodate 92 children and will include parking facilities and improvements to the surrounding roads, ensuring convenience and safety for families.

Spanning 3,170 square meters, with the childcare building itself covering 710 square meters, this project is designed to provide a welcoming and vibrant space for young learners.

Completion on this beautiful new centre in April 2025.
