This phenomenal warehouse project is in the early stages of construction and will consist of 26 units all of which provide different tenancies.

Due to complete in just a short 11 months, this will be a big project with a site area of 9,600m2 and Building area being 3,485m2.

TRADEZONE, BRENDALE | INDUSTRIAL

Tradezone is a division within the Kingston Group of companies, which is a private, family owned, Australian company that has been established for over 30 years. After recognising the need for a better online solution in the electrical wholesale industry, the designed and developed a platform specific to what electrical contractors were asking for.

The project consists of 6430m2 of warehouse for 987m2 of as 2 story office block.

It also has a total of 1500m2 of awning for pick delivery and customer parking.

Design of the warehouse is focused on minimal control joints to allow smother movement of folklifts.
