PROJECT BRIEF:

This expansive building spans 7,011sqm on a site that measures 11,600sqm, featuring 5 specialized industrial warehouses, over 2 levels on suspended slab, each equipped with office space on the ground floor.

The construction process of large excavation, it included the use of tilt panels, post tension slabs and a mix of architectural cladding leading to the impressive outcome.

BETHANIA LIFESTYLE CENTRE

PROJECT BRIEF:

13 Tenancy Retail Complex comprising of national and local tenants such as EMF Gym, Total Tools, Autobarn, Chemist Warehouse and DTMR. Our team achieved PC 3 months ahead of programme, overcoming the challenging site with rock encountered during the civil works stage. A huge 26,600m2 site
with tilt panel with concrete access ring road and bitumen carpark, poured a total of 5000m3 concrete, 11,700m2 of roofing laid, 816m2 of external glazing installed and 7,740m2 of bitumen pavement to the customer carpark.

PROJECT BRIEF:

Ripley Mixed Use included a beautifully designed Childcare centre and two fast-food chains; Guzman N Gomez & Red Rooster. The impressive 10,000m2 site posed some challenges in the Civils, the 7m high retaining structures, but nothing was too big nor too difficult for our team. Still able to complete as
planned within 12 months.

We transformed ideas into a stunning reality, delivering a project that redefines commercial spaces. Design and costruction of the tilt panel warehouse included; 2000m2 of high-level industrial space on a suspended warehouse slab, providing versatility and functionality with 1610m2 office space over 2 levels. Finished with a conveiently designed basement carpark accommodates 103 vehicles, ensuring easy access for everyone.

We proudly announce the completion of our recent Design & Construction for this cutting-edge Industrial complex. Spanning over 2236m², the complex features a generous 1227m² building area, boasting 7x roller door units complete with mezzanines, convenient kitchenettes, and modern toilet facilities. The exterior package includes ample parking, a convenient bin store, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

VERSACE TIMBERS

PROJECT BRIEF:

State of the art, Head Quarters and Warehouse for the team at Versace Timbers. Prekaro Projects commenced demolition of the existing Versace Timbers facility in Virginia. We were engaged early to complete the Design and Approval process for the purpose-built facility in March 2023. Due to the subject sites’ exposure to flood water the whole site will be raised 600mm as per of the earthworks. The facility consists of a 2,700m2 warehouse and 400m2 of split-level showroom floor, kitchen, amenities and offices.
