This purpose built facility was designed and constructed for Relsig Properties with key tenant, Haymans Electrical at the forefront of the design brief. Scope of works included the Development Application, Building Approval, Design and Construction Delivery. The tilt panel construction was a first-class corporate industrial duplex with office and warehouses.
