We were engaged by repeat client, to complete the Design and Construction of Ashers Timbers New Industrial Facility. The building combine over 2700m2 of Gross Floor Area (GFA), with a mixture of office, warehouse, and storage areas.
This modern tilt panel constructed warehouses has been architecturally designed and includes premium facilities. This state-of-the-art industrial building is perfect for our clients manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution businesses which is highlighted with features, included in the clear span warehouses access to the warehouse via multiple container height roller doors, large amount of carparking, office and external storage.
With construction over the soft reclaimed land our team achieved this using:
- Detailed civil works – Cut to fill and to the storage area.
- Deep level footings into the ground
- Steel X fibre to all concrete footings – a more effective and efficient outcome with greater strength.
- A combination of Tilt panel and Colourbond over structural steel to the Warehouse
- Tilt Panel and suspended concrete slabs to the Office space.
- Polished concrete floors throughout Ground and level 1
- Custom service and cleaning bay
- State of the art truck adjoining the facility.
