Project Brief

Located in Richlands, Brisbane. Design and construct of a 1300m2 industrial building with 200m2 of office space at the front of the building. The total site area is just under 3000m2

The construction period was completed in 16 weeks, from establishment to completion. It required extensive consultation with the client, contractors and Prekaro Projects team to ensure the tight timeframe was met.
