Year Completed: 2022
Prekaro was engaged by repeat clients, OPD Developers, to construct 26 units, totalling 3,685m2 in building size and 79 carparks.
Incorporated was 4x separate level tiers of bulk earthworks. Importing 3000m3 fill to site to achieve levels. FRP and erection of 96 precast panels. Structural steel, roofing and mezzanine to all units.
External Finishes includes:
– combination of aluminum powder coated sun hoods
– cladding
– painted finish to concrete tilt panels
– roller doors to all units.
Internal finishes include:
– steel trowelled concrete inside the warehouse
– particle board mezzanine floor.
– hardwood stairs with galvanized handrail system.
– kitchenette’s to all units and an electrical distribution board.
