Little Corner Early Learning Centre consisted of 5,197m2 extension to existing childcare centre with a Building area on 512,09m2 and 554.80m2 playground.

The boutique early learning facility is architecturally designed to include open area entry with raked ceiling, polished concrete flooring and steccawood feature wall. The structure includes post tension concrete slab with concrete roof design to accommodate further expansion. The building incorporates 3 large activity rooms, sleep room, kitchen, staff room, office, laundry, and amenities. The external finishes consisted of rendered blockwork, brickwork and cladding with large rooftop planter boxes.
