Working to a tight programme of 2 weeks, Prekaro completed the Major Refurbishment of the Internal Childcare Centre. As a result of the short programme, a huge amount of programming, coordination and communication was required to ensure works could be completed, exceeding the clients high standards of the of dilapidated building. Prekaro were extremely proud to handover the project within the allocated time with minimal defects.
