Little Scholars Pacific Pines is a refurbished childcare centre consisting of 2 buildings which have been architecturally designed to include high end finishes.

The refurbishment included;

• Installation of architectural wall cladding and heka hoods to front façade
• Rendering of Building 1 External to give it a more modern appeal
• Substantial upgrade to retaining wall to tie in with new playscape and landscaping
• Upgraded and provided new painting to roof to blend in with new surroundings
• Modernised front of house with new VJ Linings to entryways and Gris Rock feature wall to reception areas
• Upgrade of joinery and cabinetry to provide more efficient storage and modern look
• Upgrade to bathrooms, WC’s and kitchens (Including new tiles, sanitaryware and appliances)
• Installed new flooring throughout both centers
• Upgrade to lighting and installation of pendants and ceiling fans in various rooms
• Upgraded and installed new air conditioning within both buildings
• Fully Architecturally designed landscaping and playscape to compliment the modern building refurbishment
