Situated on a 15,400m² site with 8,819m² of building area, this contemporary development features 48 versatile industrial and commercial units, with select spaces offering mezzanine levels and air-conditioning. Completing the precinct is a welcoming café, with outdoor seating and a breezeway that creates a relaxed, community-friendly atmosphere for tenants and visitors.
Despite some challenging weather along the way, our team worked closely with the client and trade partners to deliver the project more than two months ahead of schedule.
