Prekaro Projects were engaged to complete the replacement of the external non compliant cladding to 7 Storey building. We removed the existing, supplied and installed the new cladding, comprised of compliant products and installation to meet the code.

Scope of works

• Supply access equipment and scaffolding
• Removal of defective cladding
• Supply and Install external cladding to comply with Building Codes
• Maintain access and egress to existing tenancies

Construction

• Installation was achieved by scaffolding the external building, abseiling and mobile access equipment
• Colourbond metal capping to roof parapet
• Connection and integration to the existing facility
• Stencil pavement
