Adam Robson

Director

With 20 years of experience in the industry, Adam Robson has established himself as a leader in construction and business. Construction Manager

Drew Ezzy is an experienced Project Manager with 15 years in the construction industry. His career spans residential, commercial, industrial, education, and defence sectors. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Queensland University of Technology.

Drew’s been managing project teams, client relations, contract administration, design management, and overseeing project budgets and timelines.

He is proficient in cost planning, value management, and safety protocols, making him a key asset in project delivery.

Shauni Spurling

Equipped with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) degree, Rob a solid educational foundation that ensures precision and efficiency in his work. His academic background, coupled with years of hands-on experience, makes him a formidable force in the construction industry.

Having previously specialised in healthcare and commercial projects, he has now honed his skills in Industrial and commercial, navigating the complexities of these demanding sectors. Cam McRae

Construction Manager

With an impressive 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Cam stands as a seasoned veteran with a wealth of knowledge and expertise on a diverse range of experience, spanning everything from hands-on trade knowledge to managing high-rise projects, gas installations, civil housing, and commercial/industrial construction. His versatility allow him to navigate the complexities of construction projects with ease, from concept to completion and everything in between.

Shannon Ackerman

Construction Manager

Boasting an impressive 30 years in the industry. Starting as a trade carpenter, Shannon’s journey has been marked by excellence and dedication. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of projects, and his expertise ensures that every endeavour is executed with precision and efficiency.

One of Shannon’s career highlights includes receiving the Queensland State Master Builders Award in 2017, a testament to his commitment to excellence and outstanding contributions to the industry.
