Future Space North Harbour is an industrial development within North Harbour Estate delivered for LRP Developments over 9 months. Set on a 4,200m² site with 2,896m² GFA, the project comprises two industrial buildings housing 16 workstore tenancies with warehouse-only, open mezzanine and enclosed office configurations. The buildings include 7.5m-high precast tilt panels, Monument Colorbond roofing with skylights, motorised roller doors, glazed facades and premium architectural finishes.
