Scope
The Depot, Eight Mile Plains comprises 26 units totalling 3,685m² in building size and 79 car parks. The project included four separate level tiers of bulk earthworks, 3,000m³ of imported fill, FRP and erection of 96 precast panels, structural steel, roofing and mezzanine to all units. External finishes include aluminium powder-coated sun hoods, cladding, painted concrete tilt panels and roller doors. Internal finishes include steel-trowelled concrete, particle board mezzanine floors, hardwood stairs with galvanised handrails, kitchenettes and electrical distribution boards.
