Scope
SmartStores @ Metroplex is an industrial development comprising 26 boutique warehouse and office units across a 9,580m² site. The project includes high-bay clear-span warehouse areas, concrete mezzanines, custom internal fit-outs and full-height tilt-panel construction. Key elements included a 5.5m-high sandstone retaining wall and 117 tilt panels covering approximately 6,600m². Each unit is individually serviced, with secure gated access, electric roller doors and provision for mezzanine flooring and fit-outs.
