INNOVA ROCHEDALE

Set on a 14,530m² site with 9,018m² of building space, this precinct comprises 52 warm-shell tenancies across four buildings. Each tenancy includes a bathroom, mezzanine and full services, with hardstand areas, landscaping and provision for a future cafe. Design details include full-height mezzanine glazing in selected tenancies and 52 custom stained timber staircases with black powder-coated balustrades. Despite early weather delays, coordination across trades helped complete the project two months ahead of schedule.
