THE CULLEN AVENUE BUSINESS PARK

The Cullen Avenue Business Park is a design and construction project comprising three strata-titled warehouses on a 9,517m² block. The buildings combine over 5,100m² of GFA across office, warehouse and storage areas. The project page notes tilt panel warehouse construction, corporate facilities, multiple container-height roller doors, car parking, access control and high-power provisions. Construction works included more than 200 timber piles, detailed civil works, service installation, bridging layers and extensive facade treatments. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule.
