SmartStores @ Richlands is a development comprising 40 architecturally-led units designed to accommodate showroom, office, warehouse and light-industrial uses. The project combines adaptable commercial and warehouse spaces with the scale, functionality and flexibility required by a diverse range of businesses. Internal project documentation details tilt-panel construction across the development, with 22 units incorporating cold-shell office space and private amenities provided to all units. Positioned on Boundary Road within Brisbane’s Richlands industrial corridor, the project provides direct access to the Ipswich, Centenary and Logan motorways, connecting businesses across Brisbane and wider Southeast Queensland.
